Most of our rings are stocked in one size. When you choose a different size, the ring is made to your size before it ships, and this line covers that work. It is charged at our cost.

A ring made to your size is final sale — it cannot be returned or exchanged. A ring in the size it is stocked in follows our standard return policy.

Clean the stone using warm soapy water and a soft brush, avoiding harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners unless the gem type is known to be safe for those methods. Store your jewelry separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches from harder materials. Always remove gemstone jewelry during vigorous activities—such as exercising, swimming, or using household cleaners—to protect it from impact, heat, and chemical exposure. Regular professional inspections are encouraged to ensure settings remain secure and the stone stays in optimal condition.

Are your gemstones natural, and how do I know they’re authentic?

Every gemstone we sell is professionally inspected and authenticated by trusted gemological partners. When available, certification from labs such as GRS, GIA, AGL, or IGI is included or can be requested.
Do the photos and videos accurately show the gemstone’s color?

We use controlled lighting and professional equipment to capture true-to-life color. However, screens may display colors differently. If you need additional images, daylight videos, or comparison photos, we’re happy to provide them before purchase.
Is certification included with every gemstone?

Many stones already come with a lab report. If a gem is uncertified, you may request certification from GRS, GIA, or another preferred lab for an additional fee. We can assist with the entire submission process.
Can I reserve a gemstone before purchasing?

Yes. We offer short-term 24–48 hour reservations for serious buyers. Longer holds may be available on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer gemstone sourcing if I don’t see what I’m looking for?

Absolutely. Through our network of trusted dealers worldwide, we can locate specific gemstones based on your preferred budget, treatment level, origin, shape, and size.
