Sapphire Row started in the gem trade, not the jewelry business — and that order matters.
We source our gemstones directly in Bangkok, Thailand, one of the world's great gem-cutting and trading centers. Buying at the source means we personally examine stones before they ever reach you — assessing cut quality, color, and treatment with our own eyes and instruments rather than relying on a distributor's description. It also means no layers of middlemen between the cutter's wheel and your collection.
Every gemstone we sell is exactly what we say it is. Our stones are certified by independent gemological laboratories, and every listing states the treatment status plainly — natural, heated, or otherwise. In an industry where vagueness is common, we consider full disclosure the minimum standard, not a selling point.
Our finished jewelry is brought to life by trusted manufacturing partners in the United States and Thailand. Made-to-order pieces from our collection are cast, set, and finished individually for each order. For bespoke commissions, we work with master jewelers in Bangkok — steps from where we source our stones — taking your piece from CAD design through finished work with the same direct oversight we apply to every gem we buy.
Every shipment is fully insured door to door, and everything we sell is backed by our 30-day return policy.
