At Sapphire Row, we understand that purchasing fine gemstones and jewelry requires trust, security, and peace of mind. Because our gems and finished pieces are rare and valuable, we take extraordinary care to ensure your order is handled with the highest level of security and reaches you safely, quickly, and discreetly.

Order Processing Time

In-Stock Items — Loose Gemstones & Ready-to-Ship Jewelry

  • Verification & Packaging: All in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Each gemstone undergoes a final quality check, is securely packed in tamper-evident packaging, and is paired with its original laboratory reports and certificates before being dispatched. Finished jewelry receives the same inspection and secure packaging before it ships.
  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will begin processing the following business day.

Made-to-Order Jewelry

Many of our finished jewelry pieces are crafted individually when you order them — not pulled from a shelf. Casting, setting, and finishing take time to do properly, and we'd rather your piece be right than rushed.

  • Made-to-order items typically ship within 2–4 weeks of your order (up to 30 days at the outside).
  • Each piece is produced by our U.S. manufacturing partner and ships fully insured from Louisiana. You'll receive tracking details by email the moment it's on its way.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping — Free: arrives within 4–5 business days of placing your order (in-stock items).
  • Express Shipping — $4.90: arrives within 2–3 business days of placing your order (in-stock items).
  • Made-to-order jewelry ships free and arrives within 1–4 business days once production is complete.
  • Orders combining in-stock and made-to-order items arrive as separate fully insured shipments — your in-stock pieces ship right away on the schedule above, and your made-to-order piece follows when it's ready, at no additional shipping cost.

Security & Delivery Requirements

Because of the high value of loose gemstones and fine jewelry, we enforce strict security protocols during transit:

  • Fully Insured: Every shipment from Sapphire Row is 100% fully insured during transit until it reaches your doorstep.
  • Signature Required: High-value shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup at a local secure facility.
  • Discreet Packaging: To protect your purchase from theft, our outer shipping boxes are entirely discreet. There is no mention of "gems," "jewelry," or "luxuries" on the outside of the package.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been securely packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will be able to track your package's journey in real time. For made-to-order pieces, tracking is sent when your finished piece ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or does not arrive at all:

  1. Do not accept the package if it shows obvious signs of being opened or heavily damaged.
  2. Contact our support team immediately at info@thesapphirerow.com within 24 hours of the scheduled or actual delivery time.
  3. Retain all original packaging materials if the package was accepted, as this is required to file an insurance claim.
