At Sapphire Row, we understand that purchasing fine jewelry and gemstones requires trust, security, and peace of mind. Because our finished pieces and gems are rare and valuable, we take extraordinary care to ensure your order is handled with the highest level of security and reaches you safely, quickly, and discreetly.

Order Processing Time

In-Stock Items: Ready-to-Ship Jewelry & Loose Gemstones

  • Verification & Packaging: All in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • One-of-a-kind certified stones: each one comes to our team to be checked against its laboratory report before it ships, so it takes a few more business days. Your cart shows when yours will ship.
  • Each gemstone undergoes a final quality check, is securely packed in tamper-evident packaging, and is paired with its original laboratory report or certificate, where it has one, before being dispatched. Finished jewelry receives the same inspection and secure packaging before it ships.
  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will begin processing the following business day.

Made-to-Order Jewelry

Many of our finished jewelry pieces are crafted individually when you order them, not pulled from a shelf. Casting, setting, and finishing take time to do properly, and we'd rather your piece be right than rushed.

  • Made-to-order items ship in 2–4 weeks, unless the product page shows a longer time for the option you choose.
  • Each piece is produced by our U.S. manufacturing partner and ships fully insured from Louisiana. You'll receive tracking details by email the moment it's on its way.
  • Product pages indicate which items are made to order. Questions about timing on a specific piece? Email us at info@thesapphirerow.com before you order. We're happy to check.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We ship within the United States, and checkout accepts US delivery addresses only. Every order ships from within the United States. The rates below apply to every US address. Clients outside the US: see International Clients below.

  • Standard Shipping (United States): Free. Arrives within 4–6 business days of placing your order (in-stock items).
  • Express Shipping (United States): $9.90. Arrives within 3–4 business days of placing your order (in-stock items).
  • Overnight Shipping (United States): $24.90. Arrives within 2–3 business days of placing your order (in-stock items).
  • One-of-a-kind certified stones ship free by insured standard delivery, with an adult signature, and checkout shows the dates for your order. Express and Overnight are not offered on them.
  • Made-to-order jewelry ships free within the United States and arrives within 1–4 business days once production is complete.
  • Orders combining in-stock and made-to-order items: in-stock pieces go out on the schedule above, and your made-to-order piece follows when it's finished. Prefer one package? Reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours and we'll hold your in-stock pieces and ship everything together once your made-to-order piece is finished. Shipping is free either way.

International Clients

We currently ship purchases within the United States only, and checkout accepts US delivery addresses only. Outside the US we still work with clients worldwide in two ways:

  • Loose gemstone sourcing. Tell us the stone you are looking for and we will source it through our network and quote it to you, including insured delivery to your country. Start with a Sourcing Request.
  • Bespoke pieces. Custom engagement rings and one-of-a-kind jewelry, designed with you and delivered insured to your country. Start with a Bespoke inquiry.

Sourcing and bespoke orders for clients outside the US are quoted individually, with insured shipping to your country included in the quote. Duties, import taxes and customs fees are set by your own country and are the recipient's responsibility; we tell you what to expect before you commit.

Security & Delivery Requirements

Because of the high value of fine jewelry and loose gemstones, we enforce strict security protocols during transit:

  • Fully Insured: Every shipment from Sapphire Row is 100% fully insured during transit until it reaches your doorstep.
  • Signature Required: High-value shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup at a local secure facility.
  • Discreet Packaging: To protect your purchase from theft, our outer shipping boxes are entirely discreet. There is no mention of "gems," "jewelry," or "luxuries" on the outside of the package.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been securely packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will be able to track your package's journey in real time. For made-to-order pieces, tracking is sent when your finished piece ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or does not arrive at all:

  1. Do not accept the package if it shows obvious signs of being opened or heavily damaged.
  2. Contact our support team immediately at info@thesapphirerow.com within 24 hours of the scheduled or actual delivery time.
  3. Retain all original packaging materials if the package was accepted, as this is required to file an insurance claim.
