  • Dry Completely: Rinse thoroughly under warm running water and pat dry with a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth. Avoid using paper towels or tissues, which have wood fibers that can cause micro-scratches on polished gold.

Both — and every piece tells you which. The formation is stated in the product title and on the product page, so a lab-grown stone is never presented as a mined one. Lab-grown gemstones are chemically and optically identical to mined stones and are graded to the same standards; the difference is origin, not quality.
How long will my necklace take to arrive?

Our collection includes in-stock pieces and made-to-order designs. Availability is shown for the option you select above. Made-to-order pieces are crafted for you and ship in 2–4 weeks unless a longer time is shown for your selection. Sizing or customization may add time. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
What metals do you use?

Solid metal only — 10K, 14K and 18K gold in yellow, white and rose, plus platinum. We do not use gold plating, gold fill or vermeil, so the color is the metal itself and cannot wear through, and your chain will not tarnish or discolor your skin.
What length is the chain, and can I change it?

Each necklace is made at the length shown on its product page. If you would like a different length, contact us before ordering and we will quote it as a bespoke piece.
How should I care for my necklace?
