Every listing states whether a stone is natural or lab-grown. When a stone has a lab report, the lab and report number are on its page; for other stones, a report from a lab such as GIA or IGI can be requested.
Do the photos and videos accurately show the gemstone’s color?

We use controlled lighting and professional equipment to capture true-to-life color. However, screens may display colors differently. If you need additional images, daylight videos, or comparison photos, we’re happy to provide them before purchase.
Is certification included with every gemstone?

Many stones already come with a lab report. If a gem is uncertified, you may request certification from GRS, GIA, or another preferred lab for an additional fee. We can assist with the entire submission process.
